Get started in just 6 simple steps
Create & Verify Your Account
Sign up on Rihaesh with your email. Once registered, go to Profile → Verify Identity. Upload your CNIC (front & back) and a selfie. Verification usually takes 24–48 hours.
Apply as a Host
Go to your Profile → Become a Host. Fill in your host application — business type (individual or hotel), your experience, property location and type. Our team reviews applications within 2–3 business days.
List Your Property or Hotel
After host approval, navigate to Host Dashboard → List Property (or Add Hotel for hotels). For regular properties: enter title, description, city, price, amenities and upload photos. For hotels: add the property then manage room types (single, double, triple, suite) with individual pricing.
Optimize Your Listing
Great listings get more bookings. Add a compelling title, detailed amenities (WiFi, AC, parking, etc.), house rules, check-in/check-out times, and set a cancellation policy. Use AI tools in your dashboard to generate SEO-friendly descriptions.
Manage Availability & Pricing
Use Host Calendar to block dates when your property is unavailable. Set special weekend or seasonal prices via Pricing Rules. For hotels, manage individual room unit availability from the Hotel Room Calendar.
Receive Bookings & Get Paid
When a guest books, you'll get a notification. Confirm or decline pending bookings from Host Bookings. Earnings are held safely and released to your wallet after check-in. Withdraw to your bank account via Host Payouts anytime.
