Rihaesh

Welcome to Rihaesh (“Rihaesh”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by Rihaesh Tech (Pvt) Ltd (“Company”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of rihaesh.com, any Rihaesh mobile application, property listings, host and guest accounts, booking services, communications, payments, promotions, and related services. By accessing or using Rihaesh, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Additional booking-specific, host-specific, payment, or cancellation terms may apply and form part of your agreement with us where presented.

02

Nature of the Platform

Rihaesh is a technology marketplace that helps guests discover and book short-term accommodation, including apartments, houses, guest houses, and other eligible stays listed on the Platform. Unless a listing or separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, Rihaesh acts as a booking and technology intermediary connecting guests with independent property owners, operators, or authorized hosts (“Hosts”). Rihaesh does not automatically own, lease, or operate every listed property and is not the property owner merely because a booking is made through the Platform. Hosts are responsible for having the legal right and required permissions to offer their properties. The actual accommodation is supplied by the Host, subject to the booking confirmation and applicable law. Rihaesh may provide customer support, booking coordination, verification, payment collection or facilitation, and dispute assistance, but these services do not make Rihaesh the owner or operator of a property. Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

03

04

Eligibility and lawful use

Users must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, provide accurate information, and comply with applicable laws and these Terms. A person making a booking must ensure that all occupants meet the Host’s disclosed requirements and applicable legal requirements. Rihaesh may refuse, cancel, or restrict access where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, verification, legal compliance, policy enforcement, or protection of users and the Platform. Any such action remains subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer rights.

05

Accounts and verification

Users and Hosts must provide accurate, current account and contact information and keep their login credentials secure. Accounts must not be sold, transferred, or used to impersonate another person. For verification, booking security, or compliance, Rihaesh may request information or documents such as CNIC or passport details, a selfie, contact verification, proof of authority to list a property, ownership or tenancy documents, business registration, or payment-account details. Only information reasonably required for the relevant purpose should be requested and handled under the applicable Privacy Policy and law. Verification is not a guarantee of a person’s character, a property’s condition, ownership, safety, or legal status. Users must not submit false, forged, or misleading documents.

06

Host responsibilities

By listing a property, the Host represents and agrees that: - They own the property or have valid authority to offer it for accommodation. - The listing, photographs, amenities, location, availability, house rules, occupancy limits, and prices are accurate and not misleading. - They have obtained the permissions, registrations, approvals, and consents required by applicable law, their lease or ownership arrangements, and building or community rules. - The property is reasonably clean, hygienic, maintained, and fit for the advertised use at check-in. - Essential amenities and utilities advertised as available are provided, subject to disclosed limitations and genuine outages. - Check-in instructions, access arrangements, and contact details are accurate and shared in time. - They respect confirmed bookings and promptly inform Rihaesh of material changes, safety concerns, maintenance issues, or unavailability. - They comply with applicable anti-discrimination, safety, privacy, tax, and other legal obligations. Hosts are responsible for their property’s operation, cleaning, maintenance, utilities, staff, security arrangements, guest admission, and compliance with applicable law. Hosts must not use Rihaesh to advertise a property they are not authorized to offer.

07

Guest responsibilities

Guests agree to: - Provide accurate booking and identity details and the correct number of occupants. - Follow the confirmed booking, Host’s disclosed house rules, check-in/check-out times, and lawful occupancy limits. - Use the property for lawful accommodation only and not for an unauthorized event, commercial activity, or other undisclosed purpose. - Treat the property, furnishings, appliances, keys, access devices, and neighboring residents with care. - Avoid excessive noise, nuisance, unlawful conduct, unauthorized visitors, and activities that create safety risks. - Report material cleanliness, access, safety, or listing issues promptly through the contact channel provided by Rihaesh. - Return keys or access devices as instructed and leave the property in a reasonable condition. The Guest who makes the booking is responsible for communicating applicable rules to accompanying occupants and for their conduct, to the extent permitted by law.

08

Booking process and confirmation

A booking request is not necessarily confirmed when submitted. A reservation is confirmed only when Rihaesh communicates confirmation through the Platform or another authorized channel and any required payment or approval conditions have been met. Listings are subject to availability and may contain errors. Rihaesh or the Host may contact the Guest to clarify details or correct a material error. If a confirmed booking cannot be honoured, Rihaesh will work with the Guest on an appropriate alternative or refund in accordance with the applicable booking terms and law. Guests should rely on the dates, times, property details, price, payment instructions, and rules shown in the confirmed booking. Any change to a confirmed booking must be approved through an authorized Rihaesh channel.

09

Prices, payments, advances, and payouts

The applicable price and any taxes, cleaning charges, service fees, deposits, or other charges will be disclosed before the Guest completes the booking, to the extent applicable. Guests must pay through the payment method and instructions authorized by Rihaesh for that booking. The required advance, balance payment deadline, payment recipient, and Host payout timing may vary by booking and will be communicated in the booking details or applicable policy. A payment should not be treated as received until it is confirmed by the authorized payment provider or Rihaesh. Rihaesh may collect or facilitate payments, deduct an agreed Platform Fee or other disclosed amount, and remit the balance to the Host under the applicable Host arrangement. Payment processing times may depend on banks and payment providers. Rihaesh may temporarily pause a transaction or payout where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, a payment reversal, a genuine booking dispute, or a legal or compliance concern. Users must not submit false payment evidence, misuse chargebacks, or request payment through unofficial accounts represented as Rihaesh. Always verify payment instructions through an official Rihaesh channel.

10

Check-in, check-out, and access

Guests must arrive and depart at the dates and times shown in their confirmed booking unless a change has been approved. Early check-in, late check-out, or extensions are subject to Host approval and may incur additional charges disclosed to the Guest. Hosts must provide accurate access instructions and make reasonable efforts to ensure that the property is accessible at the agreed check-in time. Guests should keep access codes, keys, and entry instructions confidential and must not share them with unauthorized persons. If a Guest cannot access the property, the property is materially different from the confirmed listing, or a serious issue is present at check-in, the Guest should contact Rihaesh promptly and, where possible, within 30 minutes of check-in so the issue can be documented and assistance arranged. This reporting window is intended to support timely resolution; it does not remove any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable law.

11

Cleanliness, maintenance, and complaints

Hosts are expected to provide the property in a reasonably clean and hygienic condition, with advertised amenities available unless a limitation has been clearly disclosed. Guests should report cleanliness or maintenance concerns promptly, preferably with photographs or video evidence and a description of the issue. Rihaesh may contact the Host, request evidence, coordinate corrective cleaning or maintenance, offer an alternative where available, or assess whether a refund or other remedy is appropriate under the booking policy and applicable law. A Host must not impose an undisclosed cleaning or damage charge after booking. Any proposed deduction from a Guest’s payment or deposit must be supported by the applicable booking terms, reasonable evidence, and applicable law. Rihaesh does not guarantee that every complaint will result in a particular outcome.

12

Cancellations, changes, and refunds

The cancellation and refund policy shown at the time of booking, together with any booking-specific terms, applies to that reservation. The policy may depend on when the cancellation is made, the booking type, payments already processed, and whether the Host or Guest is responsible for the cancellation. Guests should submit cancellation or change requests through Rihaesh’s authorized channels and retain the confirmation. A refund, where due, will generally be returned through the original payment method where practicable, subject to payment-provider processing times. Any non-refundable fee must have been properly disclosed and must be permitted by applicable law. If a Host cancels, fails to provide access, or cannot provide the confirmed accommodation, Rihaesh may assist with an alternative property or a refund of amounts due under the booking terms and applicable law. If a Guest cancels, any amount retained or refunded will be determined by the disclosed cancellation policy and applicable law. Rihaesh will assess disputes in good faith using available booking records, messages, payment records, and supporting evidence. Nothing in this section removes statutory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

13

Property damage, missing items, and additional charges

Guests must promptly report accidental damage or incidents occurring during their stay. Guests may be responsible, to the extent established under the booking terms and applicable law, for damage beyond ordinary wear and tear, missing items, unauthorized use, or additional cleaning caused by unreasonable misuse. Hosts seeking compensation should provide an itemized explanation and reasonable supporting evidence, such as dated photographs, inventory records, invoices, or repair estimates. Rihaesh may facilitate communication and review the information but is not required to accept an unsupported claim. No damage amount should be automatically deducted or charged merely because a Host alleges damage. Any collection, deposit deduction, or payment recovery must comply with the disclosed booking terms, payment authorization, and applicable law. Users may dispute a claim through Rihaesh’s support channel.

14

Safety, emergencies, and property conditions

Hosts must disclose known material limitations that affect the advertised accommodation and take reasonable steps to maintain the property in a safe condition. Guests must use the property carefully and follow safety instructions provided at the property. If there is an immediate threat to life, health, or safety, users should contact the relevant local emergency services first and then notify Rihaesh when safe to do so. Rihaesh’s customer support is not an emergency-response service. Rihaesh may investigate reported safety concerns, temporarily hide a listing, suspend new bookings, or request corrective action. A listing or Host verification badge does not guarantee that a property is risk-free or suitable for every Guest.

15

Occupancy, identity, and house rules

Guests must comply with the Host’s clearly disclosed occupancy limits, identity-check requirements, and lawful house rules. Hosts must apply their policies consistently and in accordance with applicable law. Guests should confirm any material admission or documentation requirements before paying. Rihaesh does not determine every Host’s admission policy and does not independently guarantee that a Guest will be admitted where the Guest has failed to meet a disclosed, lawful requirement. However, Hosts must not use undisclosed requirements or misrepresent a property’s admission conditions. Any denial of access to a confirmed booking should be reported to Rihaesh promptly for review under the booking terms and applicable law.

16

Prohibited activities

Users must not use Rihaesh or a listed property for unlawful activities, fraud, harassment, violence, trafficking, exploitation, unauthorized commercial activity, or any activity prohibited by applicable law. Users must not upload deceptive listings, infringing content, malicious software, or another person’s personal information without authorization. Users must not damage or interfere with the Platform, manipulate reviews, evade verification, impersonate Rihaesh staff, or misuse payment systems. Rihaesh may remove content, cancel or restrict bookings, suspend accounts, and report suspected unlawful conduct to relevant authorities where appropriate or legally required.

17

Off-platform transactions and communications

To protect booking records, support, payment transparency, and dispute handling, users should keep booking-related communications and payments on the authorized Rihaesh channels specified for the reservation. Hosts and Guests must not misrepresent unofficial payment instructions as authorized by Rihaesh or use the Platform to facilitate fraud or evade an agreed commission. Where a Host agreement or booking-specific terms prohibit bypassing the Platform, violations may lead to listing suspension, account restrictions, or recovery of contractual amounts where lawful. This section does not prevent users from exercising legal rights or communicating with emergency services, regulators, or legal advisers.

18

Reviews, listings, and user content

Users must ensure that content they submit—including photos, videos, descriptions, messages, and reviews—is accurate to the best of their knowledge, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. Reviews should reflect genuine experiences and must not contain threats, personal data that should not be public, or knowingly false allegations. You retain ownership of content you own. By submitting content to Rihaesh, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt for formatting, and use that content to operate, improve, promote, and market Rihaesh, subject to your rights under applicable law and the Privacy Policy. This license lasts as needed for those purposes and for legitimate records or legal obligations; it does not transfer ownership to Rihaesh. Rihaesh may moderate, restrict, or remove content that breaches these Terms, is misleading, or creates a safety, legal, or platform-integrity concern. Rihaesh may not be able to independently verify every statement in a listing or review.

19

Privacy and data protection

Rihaesh may process account and contact details, identity-verification information, booking records, messages, payment status, device and usage data, and support or complaint records for purposes such as account administration, booking fulfilment, customer support, fraud prevention, security, analytics, legal compliance, and relevant service communications. Personal data will be handled in accordance with Rihaesh’s Privacy Policy and applicable law. Users should review the Privacy Policy for further information about categories of data, purposes, sharing, retention, security, and available rights. Rihaesh does not intend these Terms to replace the Privacy Policy or any legally required consent or notice. Users should not share another person’s sensitive personal information through the Platform unless necessary and lawful. No online system can guarantee absolute security, but Rihaesh will handle information in accordance with its applicable obligations.

20

Fraud prevention and account action

Rihaesh may review unusual booking activity, payment discrepancies, suspected false identities, manipulated reviews, or reports of abuse. Where reasonably necessary, Rihaesh may request further information, pause a booking or payout, restrict features, remove a listing, or suspend an account while an issue is reviewed. Where practicable and lawful, Rihaesh will provide relevant information about a material restriction and an appropriate way to contact support or challenge an error. Any action will be subject to applicable law and any contractual or statutory rights.

21

Platform availability and disclaimer

Rihaesh aims to keep the Platform available and accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be affected by maintenance, connectivity, third-party services, payment providers, or circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control. Listings are supplied by Hosts, and Rihaesh cannot guarantee that every description, image, amenity, availability entry, or third-party statement is error-free. Rihaesh may investigate reported inaccuracies and take appropriate action. The Platform is provided subject to the warranties and obligations that apply under law; nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

22

Responsibility and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rihaesh is not responsible for a Host’s or Guest’s independent conduct, a property’s condition or operation, or a dispute arising solely from arrangements outside the Company’s control. Rihaesh remains responsible for its own obligations under these Terms and applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, such as loss of anticipated profits or business opportunity, arising from use of the Platform. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including any liability that applicable law makes non-excludable.

23

Liability cap

To the extent permitted by applicable law, where Rihaesh is found liable for a claim relating to a particular booking, its aggregate liability for that claim will not exceed the Platform Fees actually paid to Rihaesh by the claimant for the relevant booking. If no Platform Fee was paid, any applicable limit will be determined by law. This clause does not limit liability where a limitation is prohibited by law, nor does it affect mandatory consumer rights or remedies. It does not make Rihaesh responsible for the Host’s independent obligations merely because a booking was arranged through the Platform.

24

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, a Host or Guest may be responsible for reasonable losses, claims, and costs caused by their breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, infringement of another person’s rights, or damage for which they are legally responsible. Any indemnity applies only to the extent the relevant loss was caused by that person’s acts or omissions and may not be used to avoid a legal responsibility that cannot be transferred. Rihaesh will provide reasonable information about a claim where appropriate and lawful. Nothing in this section removes any defence or right available under applicable law.

25

Insurance

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Rihaesh does not itself provide property, contents, guest injury, travel, or Host liability insurance merely by listing a property or arranging a booking. Hosts and Guests should consider suitable insurance for their respective risks. Any protection plan, insurance product, or coverage will apply only if it is expressly offered, its terms are provided, and the relevant provider confirms coverage. Users should not assume that a booking is insured.

26

Third-party services and force majeure

The Platform may rely on third-party services such as payment processors, mapping providers, telecommunications networks, hosting services, or verification providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and interruptions outside Rihaesh’s reasonable control. Rihaesh will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, public emergencies, government restrictions, civil unrest, widespread outages, or interruptions to essential utilities. This does not remove obligations or remedies that applicable law requires to remain in place.

27

Suspension and termination

Users may stop using the Platform at any time. Rihaesh may suspend or terminate access, remove a listing, or cancel or restrict a booking where reasonably necessary because of a material breach, suspected fraud, safety risk, legal requirement, non-payment, or repeated misuse of the Platform. Where practicable and lawful, Rihaesh will provide notice and an opportunity to address or challenge the action. Ending access does not remove obligations or payment, refund, complaint, or dispute rights that arose before termination.

28

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, subject to applicable conflict-of-law rules and mandatory consumer protections. The parties should first try to resolve booking-related concerns through Rihaesh’s support channels in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to a competent court or other forum with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms prevents a user from approaching a regulator, consumer-protection body, or court where legally entitled to do so.

29

Dispute resolution

Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties are encouraged to exchange relevant booking details and supporting evidence and attempt a reasonable, good-faith resolution. Any arbitration will apply only where the parties have entered into a valid arbitration agreement and the process is enforceable under applicable Pakistani law. Nothing in this clause removes any non-waivable legal right.

30

Changes to these Terms

Rihaesh may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Platform, operations, or legal requirements. The latest version and its effective date will be published on the Platform. Where required by law, Rihaesh will provide notice of material changes or obtain any necessary consent. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

31

Contact and support

For booking assistance, complaints, or questions about these Terms, contact Rihaesh at support@rihaesh.com or through the official contact details published on rihaesh.com. Use the contact information shown on the Platform rather than relying on unverified numbers or payment accounts. Important implementation note: Before publishing, have a Pakistan-qualified lawyer review these Terms alongside Rihaesh’s Privacy Policy, Host Agreement, cancellation/refund policy, payment and payout process, and actual operational practices. Confirm the Company’s registered details and official support contact information, and ensure every fee, deduction, refund condition, and verification practice shown in the app matches the published policies.
